just realised something... some friends couldn't care less that you've reconnected with them after six years of going missing. they just drop by and say hi. that's all. the days thereafter are all in silence. nobody drops by and nbody really cares. that's like really sad lor...



anyway tommorrow i'm going to the singapore management university. drop by corinne's roadshow thingy. she's trying to promote her little blog shop. i'll probably drop by in the afternoon or late morning. wellll.... there's nothing else to report for now. but if i DO remember anything interesting that happened today, i'll definitely pen it down. bye for now.

feeling really hungry and broke today. man, got my pay last friday and guess how much pittance i got this month?? 60 miserable dolars lor! it was soo bad! how am i suppossed to live on just $60?? but no worries! salvation will arrive later on the 24th of august! i'll be getting my pay for the other half of the month! that should be like around $500 to $600... paltry butnot that bad. still can survive... but i'll have to pay for my insurance and savings plan lei...insurance is like $97 a month while my savings plan is like $100 per month. plus i have to give my mom and grandmom some moolah; which is like $100 per person. so that works out to like peanuts left lor... so broke... but not as broke as this month lah. so sad...

anyway today i met up with kenneth and we were suppossed to do some canvassing at toa payoh but we ended up talking cock at the polar cafe. oh, just in case you don't know, polar has a sit down cafe at toa payoh. we sat there from 2.40pm till like nearly six. nit was really hard core chao kenging lah. but we promised to do some hard core canvassing tomorrow. from ten till 5 if necessary! haha!

my love fetched me again today! so sweet of him! but alas, this be the last day he'll be fetching me as his father is back from Jakarta. too bad lah. such a sweet guy. went for dinner together before he went to fetch his dad from the airport. he even apologised that he can't send me back today as my estate is not along the way to the airport. so sweet right! but poor thing, he got a fine from the traffic police auntie for illegal parking. have to pay the authorities $30. wanted him to split the fine with me, but he said its ok. anyway, today wasn't quite eventful. but i learnt a very valuable thing about this dude.

i found out that he is actually a bit too forgiving. before me, he had this girlfriend who was really petty and demanding. the girl also liked to throw her weight around him and it usually pisses him off quite a lot. once, he got pissed so bad, he just walked away from her. the next day, he called her to say that they are so over with each other. she wished him all the best in his future endeavours.

BUT!!!

the next day, she called him up and asked to meet him. since he had the car, he drove over to her place. they talked things over and reconciled.

like, what's up with that? if the bug stung you once, it will sting you again. And again and again!!! doesn't he learn??? he's just too kind and forgiving! just like that? you can forgive her just like that? what rubbish!

i'll never take back something that's already broken!

my love fetched me to work today!! he's so sweet. he was suppossed to do the roadshow at ubi this whole week but he defaulted that to do canvassing with me. ain't he sweet? he also said that the roadshow was not that good as the prospects there were not very co operative.

anyway, today was the first time i saw him really mad. here's what happened.

we were at mcdonald's having lunch when my leg accidentally hit his while i was crossing my legs. having a really foul mouth, i scolded him," CCB! cannot see ah? hit my leg for what fuck?" it was entirely out of jest. maybe he took it too seriously. he went really quiet and proceeded to buy his meal for himself. usually, he would ask me what i'd like and he'd order it for me. when he came back to the table, i looked at him and tried to get his eye. failing to do so (and already sensing somethng was up) i asked him is anything the matter. he said no. i told him,' please tell me if i said anything to offend you. you do know i have a very foul mouth and i usually don't mean whatever i said earlier that could offend you. so he told me that he was offended by the way i talked to him just now and such. i apologised and everything was back to normal!

so happy that that was past us. i should try to watch my mouth and be sensitive to his feelings whenever he's around me. i mean, its actually rather difficult to decode each other's feelings, especially if you're in such a complicated relationship.

i met up with corinne just now at three... she wanted to do some live journal bullshit on my lappy. eventually she didn't manage to resolve whatever crap she wanted to do! haha LJ sucks! Blogger is the way to the future!

anyway, while happily doing this LJ bullshit, along came a group of these people. they look kinda strange. i mean, who'd wear mascara, dangly earrings and eyeshadow while playing tennis? what the hell? she's like some freako lah; full fledge make up while playing tennis?? upon closer inspection... oooo.... she's from china. case closed.

my darling's doing roadshow with some of careena's bitches tomorrow. from 11.30am till 2pm at some place called Ubi. he said its at bedok. dunno where. maybe i should accompany him there and wait for him till he's done? i dunno... i owe him three hours of canvassing time anyways... so poor thing. he's doing roadshow with people he hates. sigh. his mother is a pain in the ass lah. cannot be helped.
