Topsy Turvy

never in my life had i ever experience this! and so early in the day too!

at 11.35, Don (my handsome boss) told me that he will be entertaining some guests from Korea and he will be having lunch with them. seeing my forlorn look, he asked if i would like to tag along. i said ok (my big mouth) and off we went to meet the guests at Fairmont Singapore.

after lunch, the guests insisted we stayed fro drinks. so Don said ok (HIS big mouth). it was so bad i was drunk and tipsy by 2pm!!! and all i had was like some wine! (OK its actually 3 glasses of chardonnay and a round brandy. or was it two?)

at first we wanted to stay only for a round of drinks, but they insisted we stayed with them longer and even intertwined business into the chit chat! so that means, we HAVE to stay!

end story, we got back to the office in a taxi, leaving Don's car at Fairmont. he's probably pooped too! haha!

my head cleared up at around 5pm. now poor Don, he has to go back to Fairmont to get his car himself!

man...

i am so pooped! dead tired! i have to like work 24 hours now lor! i have to be in office by 8.30am ( the office is at kallang by the way; the other side of the world ), make calls and pitches with soe foreign fuckshit i don't even know, and most of them do not even speak english! then its on my way home. i'll reach home by 7.30pm. i then have to do researces for more oil companies to call tomorrow...

i mean, this was suppossed to be a part time stint. i need to study for my license you know! i am not entirely devoted to this company lor! ok, i am very grateful the management decided to keep me for sales, but i did not expect WORK to entirely devour LIFE.

its really killing me lah...
