The Ronettes
The Ronettes
they existed in a time when rivalry and jealousy were nothing but crude scandals and racism was still a big thing in America. But this trio of Americans cut through all that to produce one of the biggest hits in 1963, some may even say in the 60s, Be My Baby.
It is now an evergreen rock single performed over and over again by them, the Rockability group and a cover done by Mutya Buena and Amy Winehouse.
I am confident the music of the Ronettes will last forever, just like the King, Elvis.
