i asked tan wei how to do buffalo wings. he gave me a recipe, though its rather vague, measurements wise, but hey! that's the fun of it right? you can tweak the recipe to suit your needs!
chicken wings, deep fried in hot oil till cooked.
melted butter
hot sauce (not tobasco)
vinegar
mix the melted butter, hot sauce and vinegar in a large deep bowl. then toss the chicken wings in the sauce. serve with celery sticks and blue cheese.
the wings must be so hot and spicy that the flavour shoots up the nose when you bite into it.
