Dead easy recipe for Drop Scones...
This recipe is from Rachel Allen.
Whisk 170g of self raising flour, a pinch of salt, 50g of sugar and 2 eggs together. Add milk little by little until the batter attained a thick dropping consistency. Drop 3 tablespoons of it at a time onto a greased warm pan. Cook one side until bubbles form at the sides and flip over. Wait and cook till the centre feels springy to touch.
