today was my first day for the compulsory roadshow thingy. mine is at science park at Bueno Vista. freaking far from my home / office lah!! what the fuck! and it was so unproductive lah!! so boring and so little people walked past me. it was like a really lousy roadshow lor. thank god the cost was only like $50 for four days. damn freaking cheap for a roadshow (cheapest ever, i think). now i'm contemplating if i should go for the next three days lor. so many agents but so little prospects. i'd rather do it at toa payoh lah!

anyway, i got an appointment with a friend just now! she liked the policy i proposed to her and i'm so happy. but the problem is with the premium payment lor. she has very little money to spare and the premiums you'll have to pay is like 2 months in advance. so the total she has to pay for the first time is like around $288++... which is like a substantial amount for a person part timing and earning like $600 on average. but the important thing is she really liked the plan and how it works! only thing is when can i close her! boohoo so sad...

guess my pay will be like nuts this coming round lor.

but anyway, if you don't know, we agents get our pay twice a month. once on the 10th and another time on the 24th. so last month, i got $550 on the 10th and like $60 on the 24th!! really sad story lah! sekali this coming 24th i get zero moolah! will confirm die one lah! oh man! i'd better start doing intensive canvassing now!!! die ah die ah!
